Effective immediately, Datamax-O'Neil offers the E-Class Mark II printers with the 8MB flash memory option as standard equipment.

Earlier this year Datamax-O'Neil adjusted our inventories, short-term production capacity and resources in anticipation of a lower level of activity due to the worldwide economic downturn. Many of our suppliers implemented similar actions. At the time, all indications were that the economic slowdown would last the entire year. During this period we continued to make major investments in new product development and in the company's sales and marketing departments as part of our long-term strategy for growth. Thanks to the efforts of the Datamax-O'Neil team and our partners, our activity started to rebound in late summer with an unpredicted number of large orders. While we certainly were very happy with this sudden upswing in activity, it generated difficulties for our entire Supply Chain (both upstream and down stream) in providing the appropriate level of service, including maintaining clear and 100 percent accurate information to our customers and providing on-time deliveries. We recognize this has generated a temporary source of discomfort for our partners and customers, as we couldn't perform to the level of service you are entitled to expect and we are sorry for that.
